We put out the following information as part of an adult learning supplement in the local newspaper:



We produced an A4 information sheet about the project for potential participants:



We sent out an invitation to key people in the community and the relevant sectors (arts, heritage & adult learning) inviting them to a meeting with project partners and the creative team.

From this meeting we established a project steering group.

We sent out another press release using the ACLF template.

We planned a public project launch with taster activities:



We created an e-list using groupspaces.com, categorising people according to their interests/roles, eg. steering group, creative team, people who attended taster sessions and others who had expressed an interest.
